Thomas Associates (TA) welcomes JP Cardin, a Vice President of Technical Services, supporting several TA clients including serving as the Assistant Director of Research & Engineering for the Metal Building Manufacturers Association. JP's background includes trade association management of codes and standards in the steel industry in addition to authoring and providing technical expertise to technical notes for the industry. Prior to his work in trade associations, he served as the Engineering Manager for a steel manufacturer.
